How we handle your information.

What we collect and why

M&S Industrial Cleaning uses the contact details and message you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss any proposed work. An enquiry does not confirm a booking.

Contact name, email and a message are required so we can respond. Business name, phone and site location are optional. Please leave out confidential documents, other people’s personal information and security-sensitive site details. The form accepts text only.

How your enquiry is handled

Microsoft Azure hosts the website and processes the form. Resend handles enquiry email transmission to our Zoho Mail business inbox. These service providers may process or store information outside Australia.

Your browser stores a temporary submission reference to help prevent duplicate enquiries. This website does not save your form contents to browser storage. Keep the reference shown after submission if you need to follow up.

Retention and privacy requests

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage any resulting work and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Provider-held email copies and technical records are also subject to the providers’ retention arrangements.
