Motor & generator components
Suitable contamination on accessible housings and selected assemblies.
Agree disassembly, protection and specialist involvement.
HomeIndustry applicationsElectrical & rotating equipment
A dry cleaning medium does not make an energised asset safe to work on. Motors, generators, stators and control cabinets need equipment-specific assessment with the responsible electrical or maintenance personnel.
The maintenance objective
Dry ice is used in specialist electrical-equipment maintenance without adding wash water. The component condition, contamination and required electrical testing still determine whether the method is appropriate.
Discuss the component, site requirements and maintenance window with M&S. Suitability, availability and any specialist involvement are confirmed before work is agreed.

Planning & controls
M&S does not offer live electrical cleaning. Operating state, isolation and nearby energised equipment must be addressed with the client and relevant electrical personnel.
Brittle insulation, damaged wiring and sensitive electronics need particular care. A test area and specialist review may be necessary; cleaning is not electrical certification or proof that an asset is ready to energise.
Safety & site planningThe first enquiry can be brief. Photos and more detailed information can be arranged during follow-up; the website form accepts text only.
